This is my second year using NTS. I am very pleased with NTS and hope to use it next year. The pricing is great, the service is the best, and the tech support team is number "1". As with anything there were some problems with the software. NTS has worked very hard to correct all the problems and have made every effort to make this year progress smoothly. Dear Mr. Bob Johnson, Vice President of Sales & Marketing: First I would like to say thank you for providing Quality Customer Service through your employees. This letter is to highlight a few areas of expertise throughout NTS. I have had the pleasure and opportunity of working with Ruth Miller during the last two filing seasons and with her help my company has had very few errors this year. I also decided to purchase NTS TaxVision for the first time this year with the recommendation from Ruth Miller. I must say the software has been user friendly and I have not experienced the problems I had during my previous filing season with ATX software. OLT & Associates, LLC had experienced a fire in November 2002 and 98 percent of our files were destroyed. Because of Ms. Miller's help I was able to stay in business and she helped me reconstruct documents that were burned in the fire. Ms. Miller has been an asset to my organization and I would like to than her one again for a job WELL DONE!! Mr. Johnson, please share this letter with Ruth and tell her THANKS AGAIN!!!! I have been doing income tax preparation professionally and with a large volunteer program for the past 18 years. I have used various software programs to both prepare the taxes and electronically file them. I find TaxVision and the EFI program from NTS very intuitive and user friendly, with technical support always helpful. I prefer TaxVision to any program I have used. - In fact, I used TaxVision for 2001, even though I had paid for pay-per-return software with another company, since TaxVision was so much easier and more economical to use. | "My business was doing OK, but after I offered RAL and QIK Checks to my clients, my business expanded greatly, not only by volume, but also by profits. The RAL and QIK Check programs were a big hit with my clients. The approval rate for RALs was over 90% with checks being printed within 24 hours after transmission.
