NTS will provide FREE Software support for current customers. This
includes software installations, rollover data, and data conversions.
The FREE support does not cover Network Set-up or Network
configurations. NTS has the resources available for Network Set-up and
Configurations and is billed at a rate of $100 per hour. NTS also
provides IT support agreements that include a discounted hourly rate of
50% ($50 per hour) the following services: |
IT Support Services
- Network Design, Administration and Maintenance
- Software Development
- PC Repair
- Security
- 24/7 Network Monitoring

Current Customer Definition: A current customer is defined as an active
customer and/or a new/potential customer with our complimentary
software. A current customer will remain a current customer until Jan
31st the next year. For example: A customer that purchased software July
6, 2006 will remain a current customer status for FREE software support
until Jan 31st 2008.

There will be 2 different scenarios for paid support for TaxVision customers they are further defined below. |
- Network Support In the case a current or non-current customer needs per case network support ($100 per hour) or under an IT support Agreement then this needs to be referred to IT sales department for completion and project management.
- Non-Current TaxVision/EFI customer support In some cases we have clients that are not current customers and want prior year support for TaxVision/EFI. After the determination has been made the client is a non-current customer then Tech needs to quote the customer and make sure billing is done with the customer as well.
